Excel Specialist - Data Entry & Analysis (Remote)

Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Excel Specialist – Data Entry & Analysis to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, managing, and analyzing large volumes of data using Microsoft Excel. This position requires strong technical proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, data validation, and data visualization techniques. You will support various departments by providing clean, reliable, and actionable data that drives business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input, validate, and maintain large datasets with precision and speed

  • Perform complex data analysis using advanced Excel formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF statements, and conditional formatting

  • Develop and automate Excel reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders

  • Identify trends, discrepancies, and data quality issues, providing actionable insights

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver relevant reporting solutions

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data at all times

  • Assist in the migration and consolidation of data from various sources

  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel (advanced level)

  • Proven experience with Excel tools such as pivot tables, charts, formulas, Power Query, and macros

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry speed and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting

  • Familiarity with data cleansing, formatting, and reporting best practices

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in data entry and/or data analysis roles
