Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure Development

Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to spearhead critical infrastructure development projects in **Warri, Delta, NG**. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project lifecycles from initiation to closure, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. You will be responsible for meticulous planning, risk assessment, stakeholder communication, and resource allocation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and have a proven track record of managing complex, large-scale projects. Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, defining project scope and objectives, identifying and managing project risks and issues, coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors, and monitoring project progress. You will also manage budget, track project performance, and ensure timely and quality delivery of project outputs. Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and conducting regular status meetings and reporting are also key components of this role. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business Administration, etc.) is required, along with at least 8 years of progressive project management experience. PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience with construction or infrastructure projects in the Nigerian context is a significant advantage. This is a hybrid role, requiring a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility, based out of our **Warri, Delta, NG** office.
