*Position is at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar*


Serves as a deployed Full Motion Video (FMV) Screener/Analyst (Senior), analyzing feeds in support of tactical units. Performs geo-locational mensuration functions, extract coordinates, and determine positional relationships from processed imagery. Creates imagery products and reports to fulfill collection requirements. Performs area of responsibility target research and order of battle analysis and identification. Collaborates with other imagery analysts, intelligence analysts, and subject matter experts effectively. Provides GEOINT targeting and finished products to mission partners in support of engaged US and Coalition forces. **This position is full-time with an extended work week and requires on-site presence at Al Udeid AB, Qatar.**

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time 24/7/365 support in a shift work environment
  • Exploit Motion Imagery in a high operational tempo intelligence fusion environment
  • Mentor and train junior, mid, fellow Senior, and Coalition analysts in FMV PED tactics, techniques, and procedures
  • Fills rotational roles as Mission Operations Commander, Imagery Management Supervisor, and all training positions as needed
  • Perform geo-location mensuration functions, extracts coordinates and positional relationships from digital databases
  • Compile, segregate, evaluate, research, interpret, analyze, and disseminate intelligence information to support operations
  • Utilize basic imagery analysis skills, plotting, map reading, object identification by order-of-battle, and facility identification and description by purpose and function
  • Produce and approve imagery-derived intelligence products and reports for publication and distribution to a broad range of customers
  • Prepare, maintain, and present intelligence displays, reports, and briefings with the creation and use of visual aids, and draft, edit, and proofread documents for publishing that are derived from FMV and Imagery analysis

Required Qualifications:
  • Valid U.S. Driver's license
  • Valid U.S. Passport
  • Minimum Clearance Required to Start: SECRET
  • At least 8 years of current GEOINT, Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or Intelligence experience or related field analysis experience with the following MOS 35G, 350G, 12Y, USCM 0261, 0241, AF IN1X1, AF 1N151 X OR other DoD OR Government agency equivalent specialty codes
  • At least 3 years of hands-on FMV analysis and production experience
  • At least three years of experience with FMV exploitation tools such as Analysis, Integration, and Modeling of Earth System (AIMES ), ViDex (Video Exploitation) or equivalents
  • At least five years of leadership experience with the demonstrated ability to effectively manage junior personnel
  • Expert knowledge of GEOINT imagery interpretation principles, techniques, and procedures for imagery exploitation, analysis, and production operations
  • Excellent oral communication skills for presenting, briefing, or communicating analytical research material including the use of multimedia presentations
  • Expert ability to manage research and coordination for projects, reports, and presentations
  • Experience writing analytic products following IC directives and guidance

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of relevant experience in Geospatial Intelligence Operations

  • SECRET
